eKassir® - System is a complete high efficiency payment acceptance software solution. eKassir® Software System consists of:
- Payment acceptance server;
- Server for monitoring sales network;
- Gateways for payees;
- Software for end users – payment acceptance kiosks, cashier workplaces, POS terminals, mobile and other devices;
- Dealer's cabinet module;

The system can be used both by bank and any legal entity involved in payment collections from the public. The system is designed to accept payments from individuals through:

Our company is involved solely in the development of the software for payment acceptance system. We develop our software solutions as a commercial product, and we are highly professional at that. Other players in this market can be grouped as follows:
Manufacturers of Payment Kiosks
A number of manufactures of payment kiosks offer their own software to be used on kiosks in order to promote their hardware. Quite frequently such software is offered free of charge (to be exact, the price of the software is included in the price ofkiosks). The basic problem here is that sale of kiosks for these manufacturers is primary, whereas software and its maintenance is secondary. That means that such software does not always meet the market requirements and is suitable only for simple cases. Besides, (no matter what the manufactures say) such software is designed to work solely with this manufacturer equipment. Thus, the customer is bound to stick to this equipment and experiences difficulties in adding hardware produced by other manufactures.
Developers of Bank Software Solutions
Pursuing the market demand some developers of automated bank systems (ABS) and other bank systems include in their product line software solutions for payment kiosks integrated into the bank payment system. However, such option for the bank system developers appears to be very insignificant and necessary only to keep their clients away from searching other developers. Such software fails to compete with the software solutions of the leading payment systems. Similar situations occur when software designed for ATM machine is being adjusted to apply to payment kiosks. Software for ATM machines and software for payment kiosks are two different products, so attempts to interpret them as one business process may cause hazardous results.
Payment Systems in Operation
Apart from their main activity to accept payments some companies - payment system operators, in order to increase their revenue, sell their payment processing software to other entities wishing to collect payments. Such software is quite good and at large meets market requirements (otherwise the given payment system could not compete with other payment systems). But there are some points here, which need to be discussed:
- Such software has been developed to support a certain operation model used by this payment system (i.e. it lacks competitive advantages that one could rely on when entering the market, for instance utility charge payments may be missing). It is impossible to change the operation model in this software;
- The software is developed to support the needs of a certain customer and cannot be easily modified to meet other customers' needs (as a rule such modifications are costly or impossible) and the seller itself is not interested in such modifications;
- Proper technical documentation is missing. The operating company does not need it since its programmers know their own software well enough, and the process of writing detailed documentation slows down software development. Besides, practically no agreements on writing source codes are being followed in the process of the software development. If this is the case you cannot transfer this software for further development or upgrade to other team of developers outside the company;
- Seller's programmers are primarily concerned with their company operation; problems of the customers having purchased their software product are only their secondary concern (this circumstance, just like lack of the required technical documentation has an equally adverse effect on the quality of customer software maintenance service).

Nearly every eKassir® installation is accompanied by some software modifications. Customers can perform the biggest part of the software modification on their own (if they like) or order it from us. Multi-vendor Policy
An important feature of eKassir® software is that it is not tied to any equipment manufacturer. The system can incorporate a wide range of peripheral devices, including those present in the hardware of most self-service kiosk manufacturers. These are very important components of the software business project. We do our best to approach them with utmost professionalism. It is next to impossible to successfully implement payment software system ordered by a client without technical documentation having been written with due competence and being regularly updated.
