Customization

Micro-payments market in Russia is highly dynamic. To catch up with the market development (in some cases to predict it, and even be ahead of it with some features) we continuously expand and modify eKassir® system. New software versions are regularly released, new modules appear, and the system functionality is constantly growing.

We often face the necessity to modify the system in order to meet the needs and requirements of a certain customer and are always striving to tailor it to exact customer's needs. The company policy with respect to software individual modifications is quite transparent.

Customization process can be categorized into three main groups:

• Specific modification, which is most likely to be suitable only for a given customer. In this case the customer covers the full costs of the modification based on the hours spent by our experts on it. It is also possible to transfer to the customer an exclusive right to use this modification including transfer of source codes, although this is normally not required. The price of maintenance of such modification may be higher and is discussed separately;
• If modification enhances general features of the system or our Company is interested in the development of this direction then such modification is included in the company work schedule. If the modification is completed on work schedule all our clients will receive it for free under the maintenance service (according to the acquired licenses). In the event one of the clients urgently needs such modification he pays for it and the modification is implemented for him as a priority. The price of such modification is negotiated individually in each case;
• Modifications developed in the process of a new project implementation (the system is purchased by the customer). Nearly every system rollout is accompanied by some individual modifications including but not limited to new payment kiosk interface design, development of gateways and chart of accounts for banks. The price of such modifications depends on the terms of each project and is defined in the process of negotiations. In a number of cases the price of such modifications can be included in the total price of the project.
