System Configuration

The purpose of any IT system implementation is to provide assistance in customer's task solutions. The tasks, just like customers may vary substantially. Someone is willing to accept a mass scale number of payments and compete with major payment systems in his region or entire country, others are trying to improve and automate their customer service, still others are striving to differentiate their services and collect payments as quickly as possible with minimum overheads. The project scale varies too, from a small network of a couple of dozens of payment kiosks to the nationwide payment system. Pursuant to such wide variety of objectives we offer a few basic delivery options depending on the scale of the project, system requirements, module configuration, and eventually the price of the system.

The entire eKassir® payment system configuration is based on a single software core. Payment software system development and update is performed based on the single system version. This allows for rapid system development (to catch up with rapidly developing market) and high quality customer software maintenance.

The difference in the system configuration is tied up to customer's business tasks and depends on the presence of one or another module in the module configuration, server modules efficiency and some other system peculiarities.

Which options of the system configuration are available?

At present there are four main options of eKassir® payment system configuration:

• eKassir® – Payment System;
• eKassir® – Bank;
• eKassir® – Utility Payment Center;
• eKassir® – Terminal network;

These configuration options may be further categorized based on the scale of the project, for example eKassir® – Bank (Lite) and eKassir® – Bank (Enterprise).

Ability to Change One System Configuration to Another

We are often asked if it is possible to change one system configuration to another if such transfer is required as a result of the company's growth or changed business model (for example, a necessity to use dealer's services has emerged). This issue is negotiable. There are no technological restrictions, so we easily find a solution and achieve rapport with clients who are in need of additional system options.
