K@ssira.net is a network of smoothly operating self-service payment kiosks located in all districts and soon in all subway stations of St. Petersburg.

The payment system provides services of instant money transfer. K@ssira,net customers can pay for their mobile phone, Internet, Pay TV, housing utilities and a lot more.

The kiosks are equipped with unique barcode readers to allow the public to make payments of bills (invoices) with a barcode on them, e.g. utility bill (the pink one). The main advantage is that the customers have bank guarantee and can track their money having addressed the customer service.

The main distinction of K@ssira.net payment system is that it is capable of accepting utility payments of housing cooperatives and condos (TSZH and ZHSK) similar to Sberbank and Petroelectrosbyt  but without  long lines.
